Hi. I’m Susanne! I lead a social impact consulting firm that helps companies and funders grow their revenue, deepen their impact, and feel good doing it. I work with corporate leaders, philanthropists and mission driven organizations to design strategies that make a real difference.

I’ve always believed that doing good and doing well go hand in hand. My passion for giving back started as a child —wrapping holiday gifts with seniors at a local nursing home and organizing food drives with my Girl Scout troop in a small Connecticut town. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong commitment to community.

At Villanova, I dreamed of working for the NFL (I made it as far as the lobby!) and studied accounting and finance—two very different paths that surprisingly led me to this work. I discovered community affairs in college and knew I’d found my calling: a way to blend strategy with service.

I’m not here to give you a one-size-fits-all answer. I’m here to listen, understand your goals, and work alongside you to build something meaningful. My clients know me for my warmth, my connections, and my ability to turn vision into action—with a smile, always.
